Banoffee Cheesecake

This luscious cheesecake takes inspiration from the classic banoffee pie, combining fresh bananas and caramel folded into a a rich cheesecake filling added to a buttery biscuit base. A perfect addition to any dessert offering during the festive season or at any celebrations.
