Christmas Pudding
The Gloagburn Christmas Pudding is handmade in our bakery using our own family recipe treasured for generations. Its packed full of plump vine fruits mixed with spices and fed with stout, steamed and then matured for a minimum of six months to develop a deeper, richer flavour.
Serve with the traditional brandy butter, thick double cream or custard.
Only a limited number are stirred up each year and sometimes we're lucky to have one left for the family!
