Bronze turkeys are the Rolls Royce of turkeys with a high meat to bone ratio. Maryfield birds are free range, dry plucked and hung to give full, old fashioned flavour and texture.

Prepared by our expert butchers this is boned and rolled for ease of carving and nothing will go to waste!
